Two possible reasons:

1. Due to the surgery, it could take a lot of time to heal completely a part of the body. They're not ready.
2. She wants to make some hype and then reveal them later, like the first time that has showed her tits on Twitter or the first porn.

Don't worry, she's not stupid, she has a plan for sure.
